Geographic pages cover national, regional, state, county, metropolitan, media-market, district, city, Census-place, cultural-region, and user-created geographies at different depths.

Explore

Search, maps, tables, twins, comparisons, and collections provide different ways to move through the same record.

Research and publications

The research workbench, typology, forecasts, Akashic Record, stories, and methods pages publish versioned analysis. A live route may be limited while its broader research package remains in development.

Developer interfaces

Static JSON, dynamic Place responses, iframe embeds, oEmbed, and a read-only MCP interface are documented in the API overview.

Accounts and advanced workflows

Accounts support saved and user-created work where enabled. Professional and campaign workflows vary by release and are not implied by the existence of internal research or development material.

How to read availability

• Shipped: generally available under the documented contract.
• Limited: live for a narrower audience, geography, or workflow.
• Beta: usable but subject to contract change.
• Strategic: direction, not a promise of current availability.
