About 753,400 people live within its 2026 boundaries, with a median age of 33.9. Measured on those boundaries, the district's Democratic presidential margin narrowed over the last decade. It was D+27.5 in 2012, D+29.8 in 2016, and D+25.9 in 2020, then D+9.9 in 2024 — a move of about 16 points toward the Republican candidate between 2020 and 2024. Turnout in 2024 was 247,888.
