Lummis (a crypto advocate who pushed the first major Bitcoin legislation in the Senate) is retiring, and Harriet Hageman is the prohibitive favorite. Hageman beat Liz Cheney by 37 points in the 2022 primary — the most decisive defeat of an incumbent in modern congressional history — and has both the Trump and Barrasso endorsements. Wyoming is the reddest state in the country (Trump won by 46 in 2024) with a population smaller than most House districts. Democrats haven't won a statewide race here since 2006. The safest Republican seat on the entire board.
